ABOUT GREGG MAYS

Character is a key trait in all good leaders. My desire is to help people and organizations develop good character as a part of their personal makeup. For that reason I founded Agape Leaders, a Christian organization that places a premium on serving others while serving Jesus Christ.As the leader of Agape Leaders I publish a weekly video segment called Word Wednesday. The purpose of this video is to help people grow in their Christian faith. Word Wednesdays can be seen on the Agape Leaders Facebook page or on Instagram at agapeleaders10.I am passionate and committed in all of my endeavors. I seek to be a role model for people regardless of their age or station in life. I built my strong leadership foundation through twenty-one years in the U.S. Army where I trained soldiers to become confident leaders. While in the Army and beyond, I spent thirty years coaching sports teams.I have delivered inspirational messages to groups of varying sizes, from thousands to five. My desire is to reach the people sitting in front of me, the size of the group is irrelevant. I have preached at churches and conventions, spoken to sports teams, high school assemblies, and been the primary speaker for retreats in South Korea, California, and Michigan among other states. One of the highlights of my leadership journey was being a character coach for the Central Michigan University and the George Jenkins High School football teams. Speaking to athletes prior to them taking the field is a blessing that I will never take for granted. In this capacity I had the opportunity to share with other sports teams from various schools including, Eastern Michigan University, Eastern Kentucky University, and the University of Cincinnati in addition to other colleges and high schools.I am ready, willing and more than able to help you spur your organization towards success.
