   Successfully led a team of four junior developers to launch the Sensitive Data Tagging feature for IBM zSecure Compliance. Guided the team across all aspects of delivery—from architecture and code quality to documentation and collaboration with partner teams—while fostering career growth through consistent coaching, feedback, and clear communication of expectations.• Developed technical enablement content—including implementation guides, code samples, and deep-dive presentations—to support clients through their quantum-safe transformation. This work covered cryptographic inventory discovery, assessment of legacy algorithms, integration of NIST-selected post-quantum algorithms, and the rollout of cryptographic-agility architectures across enterprise IBM Z systems.• Designed and built a Python-based analysis system that identifies and categorizes missing security patches in IBM z/OS environments. The solution helped clients prioritize CVEs based on severity and impact, strengthening their security posture and reducing the likelihood of vulnerability exploitation.
