About Gregg Leone
Bringing People Together * Serving and Giving Back *Networker * Energetic * Driver of Success *Embracer of Continuous Improvement Most believe I have the gift of serving people and helping others; I consider that a blessing. For certain I’m very passionate about what I do as a career! I love growing people, 1st responder\'s and our community together; enjoy developing, teaching, helping to solve problems with positive results and lending a hand.My foremost passion is to serve. Having a strength such as this and to maintain a character that helps organizations, employees, peers and even a complete stranger grow and be successful in life greatly encourages me.Sixteen plus years of my public service career I have spent in management positions; this directly expanded my world to a breadth of experience, education, skills and development opportunities. Grant it, there had been much stretching beyond any conceivable comfort level I thought I might be capable of sustaining, but I did learn early that the challenges and change directly contributed to a greater desire to make more of a difference in the lives of others.September 2015 I had an unique opportunity to slow my career down and step into a new role that I truly desired; to further lead. I felt I now had the time and experience to give back to my community, organization and customers in a significant and compelling way then I could as a committed manager. My personal definition of being a Leader in today’s society is this: It is the cornerstone to the foundation that we build and continue with people. We work hard beside the subordinate, we live a life of integrity, we are transparent, genuine and trustworthy. We have empathy to what our folks and customers truly need, desire and most importantly we are there to help them celebrate every success!
