   Section Leader of the Tactical Medical Unit, Special Operations Division providing integrated advanced medical support to high risk law enforcement operations to include barricades, hostage barricade, tactical maritime, warrant service, civil disturbance, high risk warrant service, and underwater operations within SOD with a dual role as a department flight paramedic/ crew chief on AW139 rotorcraft. Serve as a liaison on large scale operations to coordinate fire and EMS response to high risk operations. Provide TECC learning opportunities to patrol officers. Search and Rescue Unit Commander, developed an operating procedure and created a team of approximately 100 personnel, managing searches for critically missing persons utilizing lost person behavior, CalTopo mapping software, resource deployment, and search techniques to locate and rescue/recover missing subjects. Resources include tracking/trailing K9, airscent live find K9, cadaver K9, equestrian teams, ATV/UTV, helicopter/UAS, ground flanker teams, LPOP and technology. Previously role as lead airborne law enforcement instructor for MSP Aviation Command, lead hoist rescue instructor, flight paramedic, and search manager. Responsible for developing, implementing, and instructing tactics related to airborne law enforcement and SAR related missions. Functioned as a patrol Trooper at a busy highway patrol barrack in the DC metro area and then an assignment at a full service barrack.
