   Responsible for the Fresh Coast Partnership Program, MMSD stormwater green infrastructure design and implementation and certification. Managing the design subconsultants and subcontractors through the Site Identification, Permitting Design, Procurement, Construction and Certification of the Program which includes coordination of cost and schedule. Manage and coordinate all on-site subcontractor activities for compliance with the CPM schedule and monitors and enforces compliance with subcontract requirements; Implements the Project Construction Execution Plan and the certification of project completion.
