His leadership and industry experience gained in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa with several Fortune 100 companies provides significant credibility when he engages potential sellers, management teams, clients and capital partners.Greg’s industry experience includes private equity, multi-unit franchising, energy, petrochemicals, construction, technical staffing, project management services, supply chain management and management consulting.He led the $4 billion dollar supply chain operation for ExxonMobil Chemical in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions including managing the largest private railroad system in the U.S. He and his team achieved recognition for safety performance, operational excellence, leadership development and successful implementation of SAP across Asia Pacific.Greg was a member of the leadership team responsible for Shell’s $15 billion U.S. retail business transformation that pivoted the business to an “asset-light” franchise model. He led the team that launched the world’s first pre-paid fuel card in the U.S. market achieving $50 million of sales within the first year.He led business development for DNV (formerly Germanischer Lloyd) for the Americas and Asia Pacific. He was tapped to be interim President for the $60 million project management division and led a successful turnaround of the business within six months of assuming the position. The division became the most profitable global business unit during his tenure.Greg has led the acquisition and divestiture of companies in the middle market focused on energy services, construction and consumer services. He currently serves as Managing Partner for Latiker Partners, an Independent Sponsor focused on middle market private equity transactions. Latiker also supports founders and management teams seeking business growth and exit solutions.Greg earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the Jackson State University Honors College. He attended executive education programs at UNC Chapel Hill and INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). He resides in Houston, Texas, the energy capital of the world.
