About Greg Falls
With extensive experience in toxicology and drug discovery, I currently lead the toxicology group as Senior Director of Toxicology at SpringWorks Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing treatments for severe rare diseases and cancer. At SpringWorks Therapeutics, I contribute to the identification and development of promising therapeutics, ensuring comprehensive toxicological evaluation to support clinical-stage programs. Before this role, I served as Senior Director and Head of Translational Drug Development at Precision BioSciences, where I led cross-functional teams and guided nonclinical studies for both ex vivo and in vivo gene-editing programs. My contributions include guiding multiple successful IND filings and advancing innovative approaches in drug development through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Currently, I serve as the nonclinical representative for ROW submissions of Ogsiveo and Gomekli/Ezmekly following approval of these drugs in the US and EU.
