ACG was founded on the principal that “We work for you!” We were established with the intent to provide personalized service. We are proud of the fact that we have THE most STABLE staff in the Search and Recruitment industry. Our entire staff has been with us since our formation. Thus, you are always assured of speaking with an experienced team member that knows how to best service your requirements.As the Operations manager I ensure every interaction internally and externally is as efficient as possible. I use my outside of the box thinking, and attention detail to constantly evolve and improve processes with ACG\'s infrastructure. These improvements lead to a staff that can provide as much attention as required to every candidate and client.As an executive recruiter, I use my attention to detail and perseverance to ensure the correct candidates are being presented.
