As CSL’s senior technology leader, I oversee a hybrid IT model that blends outsourced services with a purpose-built in-house function. I devised and built our internal IT team from the ground up, creating the policies, procedures, and operating model that now support our business needs and manage our Managed Provider (MP) relationship.I’ve played a key role in CSL’s digital transformation and separation from its parent company, guiding the business through infrastructure changes, systems integration, and the transition into a standalone legal entity. My focus is on aligning technology with strategic goals, enabling growth, and ensuring secure, scalable operations.
