I work beyond the check designing and implementing strategic equitable change in public education, and a track record of delivering results for students and families. I regularly engage with entrepreneurs and organizational leaders to refine their own strategies, plans, and next steps. I have experience in organizational strategy and board governance, as a funder supporting innovation, and as coach and relationship-builder. I can lead and manage a team. I facilitate and engage in conversations about race and equity, and help white folks learn how to talk about and address these issues in their work and lives.
