Engineer/Leader/Manager with experience across multiple market segments including GE Industrial Solutions (now ABB), Philips Electronics and Raytheon Technologies Corp, as well as experience in Start-Up Companies and establishing a new business from the ground up. Experience in Aerospace Jet Engine Design/Development, Engine Control Systems (via FADEC, Full Authority Digital Engine Control) and Advanced Technology Implementation thru all phases from sub-TRL to Verification/Production. Other industries include Power Controls and Industrial Control Systems with over 25 Patents in that industry alone. Experience in P&L Management, Business Management, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Playbook, Product Design & Development Processes, Advance Technology Implementation, Risk Management, Standard Work Creation and Industrial Control Systems. Inventor/Co-Inventor of over 50 patents receiving 11 patents in 2017/2018 assigned to United Technologies Corp. under a DoD contract thru the Office of Naval Research in support of the 6th Generation More Electric Jet Engine. Prior to that I have held numerous roles of increasing responsibility managing major jet engine NPI programs in support of developing the Engine Control System to the development of the JSF Program as the Program Manager for the entire sensing suite of Advanced Prognostics & Health Management Systems and Advanced Electronics on the F-35 Lighting II 5th Generation Fighter Jet. Experienced with Six Sigma while employed at General Electric Corp. for 10 years and obtained Green Belt Certification with apprenticeship for Black Belt Certification. Developed numerous new products within the Power Distribution & Industrial Controls Industry medium voltage to low voltage markets. Led the manufacturing product line introduction of all my own products within offshore locations with GE including Puerto Rico, Mexico and Santo Domingo. Partner in multiple Start-Up Companies within the Industrial Controls Industry as well as the Telecommunications Industry and Vision Inspection Equipment Industry. Received UTC Level I Presidential Award in 2010 along with multiple other Executive/Management Achievement Awards and Technical Achievement Awards while working for UTC, Philips Electronics and General Electric Co. Received Letter of Accommodation for Recognition in Overall Leadership from Lockheed Martin Co. while working on the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35 Lightening II) Development Program.
