I connect people to their neighborhoods, to Austin, and to each other—but not necessarily in that order. People are the reason behind my work, and my love of this city makes it a lot of fun.As a top real estate producer both in Central Texas and at Moreland Properties, my relationships are behind any success I\'ve had. I\'m driven by connection: matching the right people with the right property is a great feeling, and connecting people with Austin is truly the best part of the job.Though my focus is on the Central Austin/Westlake/Bee Cave corridor, I show properties from Pflugerville to Lakeway, from lots to luxury lakefront estates. An Austin resident since 1989 (I\'m a graduate of Westlake High School and the University of Texas), I\'ve seen the city evolve and know the area well.Now in real estate for over 15 years, I transitioned to selling properties after teaching golf at Austin\'s premier clubs and resorts. A mentor from my early career in the golf industry taught me that a smile, a handshake, and taking care of people go a long way, and it\'s an ethos that I haven\'t forgotten since then.White-glove service is about the details, and a new house isn\'t a home until every detail is taken care of. When clients call and text me post-sale to let me know how things are going and ask me for tips, I know they trust me with the details—and that they feel at home in Austin.\"Austin ambassador\" is an unofficial role I embrace, and my friends and clients ask me for recommendations from dinner date spots to thoughtful gift ideas with a local touch. Barbecue and Longhorn football are two of my favorite things about Austin, and I\'m a die-hard Texas sports fan. 🤘 My office view at Moreland Properties reminds me how lucky I am to be in this town: working next to Mozart\'s Coffee overlooking Lake Austin is a great place to be every day. I get to live and work in one of the best spots in the country, and helping others do the same is the best part of what I do.I walked onto the golf team at UT and love the game, though I don\'t get the chance to play much these days.
