Throughout a diverse background, including 17 years based in the Far East, I have started several business ventures, each one successful, yet each one more so than the previous. Moving to New York City in the 1990\'s, I became a licensed real-estate agent. Beginning in the residential market, I switched to working industrial and commercial property throughout the borough of Brooklyn for Kaplon-Belo Associates, Inc, one of NYC’s leading industrial brokers, where I set a company sales record in my 1st year.Based in Rochester now, I have sought out and developed partnerships with the most knowledgeable, reputable, and prolific real estate professionals the area has to offer.
