About Greg Calligure

I value relationships built on trust, respect, and integrity, both personally and professionally. As a single parent, I hope the life I live will inspire my son to his own happiness and success in adulthood, but more importantly, to simply be a good person…I started investing in multifamily real estate opportunities in 2018 as a side project and way to diversify outside of the stock market. In 2020, I transitioned into the space full-time, co-sponsoring investments / operations in B and C class apartments.I am also interested in startups / angel investing and opportunities to help out in the non-profit space. Prior to my transition into entrepreneurship / real estate / investing, I spent nearly 2 decades in the Oil & Gas industry in various roles spanning line management, account management, training / coaching, and quality & safety management. The most valuable part of the experience was undoubtedly the opportunity to live & work in many different locales around the world with a wide variety of people & cultures.
