Led a full-scale multi-channel HR Services rollout, along with a brand new knowledgebase stand up and migration of back office service delivery from US to India and Philippines. Responsible for oversight of key HR Systems such as: HRIS (SuccessFactors), Payroll (GlobalView/SAP), Timekeeping (eTime/Kronos) and Portal/Case/KB/Telephony (Salesforce / ServiceNow). Working with HR Operations teams on various continuous improvement, transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
