   Led Dover\'s HR Shared Services implementation, for US employees, from initial technology and site selection to implementation of the full HRSS tech stack (portal, case, knowledge, telephony, chat) as well as multi-tier service delivery. Managed new India site standup to deliver and support employee as well as technology services. Led a full-scale multi-channel HR Services rollout, along with a brand new knowledgebase stand up and migration of back office service delivery from US to India and Philippines. Responsible for oversight of key HR Systems such as: HRIS (SuccessFactors), Payroll (GlobalView/SAP), Timekeeping (eTime/Kronos) and Portal/Case/KB/Telephony (Salesforce / ServiceNow). Working with HR Operations teams on various continuous improvement, transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
