Enterprise Cloud Transformation and architectures are my passions. I have been involved in designing, building, deploying and operating a wide variety of complex cloud solutions using AT & T, Amazon AWS, Azure, IBM and custom cloud environments for Fortune 500 customers including: Prototype cloud infrastructure platforms on AWS, Azure and Bluemix. Design Enterprise platforms including cloud infrastructure, security, governance, monitoring and DEVOPS/CI/CD capabilities. Ensure adoption by educating stakeholders, executives and implementation teams. Design Cloud, Hybrid and Native Applications Integrated VMWare, AWS, Azure, AT & T and IBM infrastructures full solutions. Designed, provided sales support and installed gateways to AT & T / AWS and Azure cloud fabric Setup on-demand infraructure for multi-cloud solutions using from 50 to thousands of workloads. Projects included integrating IBM / Softlayer, Amazon AWS, Azure and AT & T clouds into a federated solution offered via AT & T PCG, SCG and GEM sales groups. Maintained a pipeline of customer discovery and analysis projects for Enterprise Cloud solutions for over 90+ companies and agencies nationally. Managed teams of from 4 to 30 developers per project to handle deliveries to customers. Defined requirements, authored all contracts and provided to sales to close, resulting in first 6 months of initial cloud architectures revenue over $15 million in signed contracts. Supported first year annual contract revenues across 3 sales groups $22 million with a funnel of over $100 million.For Internal and External engagements work with senior managers, C-Levels and architects using discovery sessions delivered both in-person and webinar-based mind mapping completing a 7 level Cloud Transformation model that provided rapid analysis, solution design, presentation and the customer approval/initiation project plan.
