IF was inspired by our son, Lucas, an amazing autistic nineteen-year-old, who proves every day what is possible with the right mindset, supports and challenges in place.Our goal is to create a paradigm shift in people\'s minds, so that they see high-quality, effective strength and conditioning training not as the exception, but as the expectation.
