Gregory Yeakel is a skilled negotiator, and a proven leader in the real estate industry. Beginning his career in commercial real estate, and moving into residential development, land acquisition and new home sales and marketing, Greg is involved in multi-million dollar land assemblages and has managed transactions for undeveloped land, multi-family, residential land and ranch properties in Washington and Oregon. He holds the highest recorded sale of ranch land in the state of Oregon. Greg has been active as a Principal Broker in both Washington and Oregon for nearly 40 years. Originally from Seattle, his career spanned over 30 years, working with builders and developers in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties and representing some of the area’s largest homebuilders within the housing, urban development and land use fields. He is a proven and respected leader in the real estate sales field. Greg relocated his family to Bend, Oregon in 1997 and built a boutique real estate company, including three offices and 28 brokers. The company, Summit Real Estate, joined forces with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008. He is active in land, ranch and TIMBER sales, development properties and has a deep knowledge of land use laws. Greg is a member of COAR, the RMLS in Seattle, and a former Board member of the Economic Development Council of Central Oregon. He maintains several designations, including Principal Broker in both Washington and Oregon. He is an avid hunter and fisherman. He is a third generation real estate broker, and maintains family investments in both Washington and Oregon.
