Given previous experience leading similar orgs, was asked to build and define a team of senior domain experts embedded in Procore’s most strategic enterprise deals. This team of tenured, HighPo/HighPer resources is brought into complex, high-stakes accounts to overcome advanced technical objections, shape platform vision, and prove Procore’s differentiation across AI, security, and integrations. We will also shape the engagement models and strategies to expand the impact of AI and support the full-spectrum integration of Procore’s newly acquired AI and Agentic AI technologies as it gets embedded into our platform.In this role, I- Own and drive the strategy & execution for advanced technical engagements—partnering with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Engineering to unlock innovation where customers face their hardest problems- Provide executive-level technical leadership, guide selective proof-of-concept efforts, and influence product direction through real-world account engagement and enterprise insight- Scale the team to support new emerging technologies and provide new areas of strategic domain expertise and innovation
