I worked with the DHL corporate team the business case cost model for the warehouse. I worked with the local finance, operation, and transportation teams to plan the amount of labor, equipment and cost of materials needed for the warehouse to be able to process this additional volume.• Oversee new training program at site and work with counterparts in creating training videos and updating syllabus as needed. Also track performance of associates going through new training program.• Work with various contractors on different building projects. I am the point of contact and work with different contractors on getting quotes for different type of building work that needs to be done (installing new parking lot, electrical work, facility layout changes, etc.).• Create daily labor plan to show planned staffing versus actual staffing for each department for each shift.
