Primary responsibility for administrative interaction across all Operations Departments related to Business Recovery preparation efforts throughout Union Bank. • Coordinate the bank’s business recovery efforts, including periodic plan updates, regular tests, annual training, contact lists, offsite inventory, and calling tree updates.• Organize Business Recovery Committee Meetings and annual tabletop exercises, in conjunction with the Chair.• Provide expertise in business recovery plans across the bank and support the Command Center in a disaster situation.• Support examiner and vendor management reviews business recovery subject matter expert.• Provide administrative support for Operations Managers.• Assist in bank projects as requested.• Prepare quarterly division reports.
