Full Time maintenance support of Kuka robots (\"Quadbot\") from ElectroImpact for 787 Dreamliner production. Troubleshoot complex electrical, PLC, vision systems, and mechanical issues of production equipment. Routinely provide preventative maintenance and calibration of robots using 3d volumetric laser compensation using Spatial Analizer and Faro equipment. Non-stop creation of improvement projects throughout the plant for various robots, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Siemens Step 7 and Allen Bradley RSLogix trained.
