Assist students and instructors with enrollment, funding, and academic planning, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their educational journey.• Entrusted as the lead Advisor in Charge (AIC) for the Department, oversees AICs for individual year groups. • Analyze and deconflict schedule conflicts for the department’s 259 cadets and their advisors.• Serves as an advisor and mentor for 15 undeclared freshmen cadets through their first year at USAFA.• Maintain a positive relationship with the other departments within the Dean of Faculty (DF) to minimize any scheduling conflicts.• Aid students that walk in, call, virtually or email for extra instruction appointments or advising questions.• Track and analyze statistical data on testing and class enrollments to provide input on scheduling for future classes.
