I\'ve bought and sold homes with my clients throughout central New Jersey - from Mountain Lakes to Montgomery, and from Maplewood to Milford. The heart of my territory is Basking Ridge, Bernardsville, Bedminster, Harding, Madison, the Chathams and Millburn/Short Hills, among others. Having recently moved to \'The Shore\' I\'ve expanded my territory and knowledge. Want to live on or near the water? Buying and/or selling a home can be highly stressful. To mitigate the stress, I plan, anticipate and respond to events in ways that are highly effective for our sellers and buyers.As of 2023, my late wife & partner and I have sold more than $290 Million over the course of our career. Industry recognition includes with six consecutive 5 Star awards, as seen in New Jersey Monthly magazine, based solely on anonymous third-party client surveys. I have earned consistent recognition by Coldwell Banker\'s International Diamond Society and the North Central Jersey Association of Realtor\'s Circle Of Excellence award.I coach buyers and sellers about how to sell or buy homes, current market conditions and comparative values. For listing and selling homes, I plan, position and market the home for maximum return, getting sellers the most money for their home. For buyers, I work to get the most house for their money in the location they want most, negotiating contracts and managing the entire process through to the closing table. I am also fortunate to have strong relationships with area F500 companies, who rely on me to successfully relocate their executives into the Central New Jersey area. As a result we have moved more than 85 executives into and out of local communities.
