I\'ve seen firsthand how much critical knowledge lives with experienced personnel and how quickly it can disappear through retirements, turnover, and disconnected systems.I now help operations leaders explore practical, mobile-first approaches to maintenance management that value user experience, improve visibility, and deliver measurable ROI without adding unnecessary complexity.I bring a global perspective to my work with fluency in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and (learning) French.
