About Greg Stevens
My motto is work hard, so you can play harder. I\'ve been in the insurance and financial services industry since 2003. And since 2010, I\'ve been in the education space. It\'s important to understand my client\'s passions and interests because those are the REAL reasons behind their financial goals. So, with that in mind, here\'s what makes me tick- I’m a Texas Longhorn and native Houstonian. Love love love Austin. I move to Austin in 1986 and lived in Chicago from 1997 to 2003. Back in Austin since 2003- I started practicing Taekwondo when I was 40, achieving my second-degree black belt and title of \"Kyosa\", which means teacher. I retired from TKD in 2016. It still comes in handy because I learned a lot more than how to fight- I\'m an avid mountain biker, lucky enough to ride about 100 miles a week on some of the best trails in the country. I\'m a podium-finishing racer and have completed lots of endurance events where I was covering 90+ miles over very rugged terrain. This is my jam. Look up \"Dragonslayer\" if you\'re so inclined.it\'s one of the toughest endurance events in the country- As a lifelong \'car guy\', motorsports are in my blood. I\'m the Founder of the Honda Club of America and was on staff at Circuit of the Americas as Lead Marshal from its opening until 2018- I love cooking, craft beers, and taking in Austin with friends. I\'m passionate about helping families achieve their personal goals by reaching their financial goals. I work closely with educators and government employees who have a pension and I am a subject matter expert in TRS, ERS, Social Security, and other pension systems. I also work closely with business owners who are concerned about retiring, wealth transfer, and funding higher education for their kids. Let’s meet for lunch so I can learn about what makes YOU tick!

We help moms and dads prepare properly for their kid\'s college experience by saving on the COST of college. Saving for college is a very different thing. Our programs start in first grade (no, not 529 plans!) and end when we get your kids into the college of their dreams. About 200 years of collective experience among the team. Personally, I\'ve been helping families through this confusing and complicated process since 2010. Don\'t fall into the student loan trap, we know how to prevent that and keep you out of the pressure cooker in high school. If you were in college a million years ago, like me, it was not only less expensive then, it was far less competitive, less complicated, and far easier to navigate.Since I graduated, things have changed. And not just in terms of cost. I mean the admissions and financial aid processes have CHANGED. It\'s a different animal now.Wouldn\'t you appreciate taking the pressure off yourself and hiring experts to plan it out, make sure it follows that plan, and doesn\'t cost you an arm and a leg? We know how to do that. Let\'s talk.
