I have extensive experience resolving complex commercial IP issues often faced by clients, including freedom to operate ahead of product launch, establishing infringement and validity positions on third-party patent rights, and building out and honing patent and design portfolios. I’m trusted by both fast-growth companies and established industry leaders to advise on business-critical IP projects.I lead our firm’s CleanTech Group and also advise clients in the consumer goods space. I have a detailed understanding of software patentability in Europe, working with several multinational clients in this space.I understand the demands my clients face, having completed several secondments with a leading US-based in-house IP team.
