I am a Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (62•••25) and Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (16••••31) in the state of Wisconsin. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor.My counseling style is eclectic, primarily focusing using on Positive Psychology and Trauma Informed lens; utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness / Self-Compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), sensori-motor psychotherapy, and Eco Therapy interventions.I am certified in Brief Solution Oriented Trauma Resolution (BSOTR) and a certified trainer of the BSOTR technique as well. I am currently working on developing the Tabletop Integrative Framework (TIF). Working on developing and documenting evidence based and evidence informed interventions that can be delivered within the framework of TableTop Role Playing Games. I have been trained and certified as a Therapeutic Game Master, through Geek Therapeutics. I am a certified Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) therapist, supervisor, and trainer through MDFT International. I am also phase one certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) through the Child Trauma Academy and level 1 trained in Gottman Method of couples therapy through the Gottman Institute. I am a trauma informed care trainer in SaintA’s 7ie of trauma informed care. But most importantly I know that people heal in different ways and are in different places in their personal journeys and want to work with you to help you heal and grow in the best and most impactful way for you and your loved ones. The thought of \"going to therapy\" can be daunting and it is my goal to make this work as impactful and safe as possible by utilizing whatever is most helpful for my clients; nature, walking, games, art, movement and yes talking.
