In a few words:• I am making sure that the show is moving along while balancing show priorities in all departments, balancing budgets and the work-life balance of a 200+ crew.• Client and Executive-facing position, weekly reports and managing everyone’s expectations, even when they don’t always align.• I solve show/department scale technical problems while engaging with the department supervisors, CG supes and directors.List of tasks:• Plan and manage department headcount, forecasting departmental needs as the show evolves;• Maintain an environment that supports creativity, inclusion, and career growth;• Maintain accurate artist data and staffing information using the internal crewing systems;• Partner with the Culture Club and Facilities on initiatives related to inclusion, and Studios life engagement;• Coordinate with HR on crew performance reviews, investigations, disciplinaries, and assisting with execution of deal memos;• Provide mentoring, regular check-ins and performance reviews to the coordinators.• Shift crew schedules and priorities as deemed necessary;• Collect and review timesheets for accuracy;• Communicate and manage workflow/schedules with the overseas team and global partners as required;• Workflow and guidelines creation, coordinators training (Excel, Shotgrid and workflows);• Maintain communication with our partners in Indonesia and work with them in delivering high quality cartoons on budget;• Assist Producer in working with production accounting to monitor budgets and cost reports;• Ensure schedules remain on track through effective time management of the crew;• Take notes during clients and executives meetings;• Work with other dev projects and tasks as required;• Conduct weekly meetings with team leads to ensure continued progress;• Ability to flag potential problems and provide solutions to fix them;• Prepare weekly departmental production reports.
