June 6, 2022, 38th anniversary in the Environmental, Industrial Services Industry, one thing about the industry is it\'s never the same typo of work all of the time, it varies from client to client and the service they require. I’ve taught all personnel to be Safe and Honest, everyone goes home the way they came to work. Lot of the projects will keep you on your toes, you\'ll continue to learn something new as you work for different types clients, throughout the industry, as the world around us is changing drastically in the way services are rendered. I’ve always been energetic and ready for a challenge, as Water Blasting instructor and taught, also Wet & Dry Vacuum operations with plenty of help. Working in waste transportation, Paint Booth Cleaning, Power Plant cleaning, every type of Sewer pipe, Industrial waste sewers, Calcium cutting, Televising sewer pipe, Heat exchangers,Universal waste collections, equipment decommissioning, and numerous plant closures, purchasing and researching the equipment for all varieties of projects. My favorite part was training numerous field technicians in the industry that are now Field Service Managers/Supervisors and Forman. Treat your Employees the way you expect to be treated at work and off the clock, and their work will flourish. Moving associates up and within the ranks is more gratifying know the challenges you’ve gave them help them all to succeeded safely in the years to come. Stay Safe 365.
