For the first 22 years I was in the field as a laborer, carpenter helper, carpenter and bridge foreman. Around five years ago, I was transferred to our maintenance shop as a superintendent, to oversee daily operations. It wasn\'t until three years back that I became heavily involved in managing our company\'s equipment. This has been a very interesting challenge. I\'ve learned a lot of new things and I am learning things each and every day.
