I love my job, the learning and development business partner role is such a great role. I have over 20 years experience in managing learning and development and I get more passionate about it as time goes on. There\'s never a dull moment its an exciting environment to be around I love talking to people about their life journeys and trying to understand what makes them tick, how can I help people be the best versions of themselves every day? That\'s my biggest and most exciting challenge in the work place. My big passions are learning about good mental health and wellbeing cultural change, coaching for performance and developing a talent pipeline. I like to keep the work place energised by sharing learning experiences and learning from others.My responsibilities include:• Implement and manage a Learning Management System• Deliver effective coaching to leaders at all levels• Develop commercial effectiveness programme to increase revenue• Develop a global wellbeing cultural change strategy• Design and deliver business skill workshops• Implement a local talent pipeline programme with National business partners and local schools• Train employees as business ambassadors to deliver talent pipeline modules to students• Deliver talent management and talent development • Deliver in-house leadership programme• Implement effective employee engagement plans• Keep score card for global metrics• Enterprise Advisor for North East LEP linking schools with the world of work• Member of UK pilot steering group for Gatsby foundation – good career guidance• Design training to support commercial, operations, engineering and logistics teams• Plan training to have a positive effect on operating profit• Six sigma Green belt• Monitor LMS for effectiveness
