ABOUT GREG RICHARDSON
I have been working within the Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing environment for more than twenty five years with a strong background in Operations Management, Project Management, Manufacturing, Test and Design for Manufacture. Throughout my career I have always had feedback that my colleagues come to me to get things done. I have a broad range of experience in managing technicians through to technical experts in one team. Along with some unique experience in managing external sales and contract procurement negotiation from both sides of the table. I possess strong leadership qualities, and have both the theoretical and practical experience of organisation change management processes (Black Belt).
