With nearly 20 years’ experience, I combine programme management fundamentals with niche engineering knowledge, to deliver large-scale projects and transformational change.I have led sizeable, multidisciplinary teams through periods of significant complexity and change. My background includes design and construction project management, mechanical engineering and regulatory compliance. This is underpinned by a Master’s in Nuclear Science and Technology, a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and APM qualification.My leadership style is collaborative and delivery-focused.
