About Greg Reeder
As a Cloud Specialist at Dell, I have a unique opportunity to interact with customers, Dell\'s Product Group, Sales Teams, as well as Support infrastructure. It is my role to provide solutions to complex customer problems, utilizing Dell\'s industry leading Cloud portfolio, and leveraging relevant technologies. Some of these include Data Center Convergence, Virtualization, Automation and Orchestration tools, Software Defined Storage and Networking, with a focus on Open stack, Vmware and Microsoft technologies. While solving these problems, it is important to deliver true business value for the customer. Another aspect of the role is field resource enablement through training. Our field representatives are responsible for extensive product knowledge, product positioning, and delivering business value. I also take feedback from customers, as well as the field teams, and convey messaging back to Product Group, for influence in next gen product development.
