I help people and I work in financial services. What I\'ve learned is that regardless of whether I make a lot of money or a little, or none at all for that matter, truly helping someone is what inspires me and it drives me every day. As a fiduciary, I always place my clients\' needs ahead of my own. For example, as an insurance broker, I have access to many carriers product lines and I can provide the best possible solution at the best price point. Additionally, my company has developed a program for qualified physicians that provides discounted premium structures for qualified small to medium sized practices and qualified individual physicians. This program has saved participating doctors in Arizona millions of dollars. This is great source of pride because I feel that my company is part of the solution to the healthcare challenges facing the U.S. The success of this program in Arizona has given us the opportunity to expand into other states. It\'s a one-of-a-kind program that delivers the most extensive coverage through one of the largest malpractice insurance carriers in the nation with unbeatable price points previously only enjoyed by large practices and facilities or those working part-time. I also own AMPA Investment Advisory, a Registered Investment Advisory firm. I started this company after leaving Charles Schwab where I worked 14 years learning the investment business. I can only say great things about Schwab and I’m grateful for my experience, the friendships I made, and the education I received. I believe in Schwab’s vision and how they treat clients. I brought this philosophy with me to my own firm. The RIA business model fits with my my fiduciary responsibility. I’m not compensated by commission so I have zero conflict of interest. I charge fees for managing the investments of my clients.
