   I am responsible for developing and executing the strategies for the Grote Family of Companies to ensure profitable growth while enhancing competitive cost position, reducing risk and burnishing the reputation as the preferred provider of mechanical contracting and sheet metal solutions within the industry. The Grote Family of Companies includes Grote Enterprises which provides construction management and shared services to three Operating Companies including The Thomas J. Dyer Company, one of the largest mechanical contractors in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky, CINFAB, one of the largest commercial sheet metal fabrication and installation contractors in Southwestern Ohio and Kentucky and Commercial HVAC, a specialty mechanical contractor. I am also a member of the Grote Enterprises Board of Advisors.
