Responsibilities:• Serve as the lead technical point of contact and trusted specification advisor for fire-rated SFS and Drylining systems, supporting compliant, buildable design solutions from early design and pre-construction through construction and handover.• Provide technical input at pre-construction and tender stages, reviewing proposed system strategies against fire performance requirements, test evidence and regulatory compliance.• Coordinate architectural detailing, structural framing, and internal wall systems to ensure interface compatibility and mitigate fire safety, compliance and buildability risks.• Review and validate fire performance test evidence, system limitations and specification clauses to support compliant and deliverable project solutions.• Support technical handover to site teams, providing installation guidance, resolving technical queries and supporting compliant sign-off.• Collaborate with operations, procurement and supply-chain teams to align technical proposals with programme, quality and commercial considerations.
