I am responsible for managing department artists as well as all projects requiring creativity, finesse, speed and quality. My role is to teach and nurture new talent in all aspects of retouching that drives the creative vision forward and to instill an appreciation for producing high quality work on a daily basis. I have direct experience creating CGI art using Modo and C4D software in support of and enhancing any retouching assignment. My group is also relied upon to make artistic calls on how best to use CGI in concert with conventional retouching. We do this under tight deadlines all within approved budgets of which I am responsible for generating. Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work with top agency creatives in Chicago where the focus has always been on producing quality art that supports and drives client vision. I have extensive knowledge in the production process beginning with concepts through production of final art ready for any type of media output which includes broadcast, OOH, POS, Ad work for print or digital. I have experience and abilities in color matching, outlining hair, illustrating realistic shadows, compositing, fashion retouching, raw image processing, file extensions.
