Maintenance Planner - Onshore @bp

Plan ongoing maintenance orders for BP’s Clair Ridge Platform located 47 miles west of Shetland Carry out routine site visits to the Clair Ridge platform. Use SAP Fiori as the primary planning software and SAP GUI for material delivery, equipment lookups, BOM item checks and PO data. Plan mechanical, instrumentation and machinery maintenance orders – PM’s and correctives / breakdowns Participate and chair daily ‘Kanbanize’ meeting to discuss individual job and campaign progress Act as SPA & plan all Clair Ridge PSV’s in quarterly campaigns, keeping close contact with the PSV vendor and offshore teams. Roll out Bentley Assetwise software for use offshore - PSV recertification and inspection results Ensure all materials are correct and ‘master’ and upload new materials to SAP equipment BOM’s during the planning phase Create task lists and job packs for common maintenance items, ensuring a ‘plan once’ approach. Ensure the SAP data is kept up to date and regularly check overdue backlog PM’s and action appropriately using PowerBI reports. Use data mining tool Celonis to check overdue safety critical backlog and action appropriately to keep within KPI limits Chair and participate in Kanbanize replenishment and retro meetings Work closely with the site lifting team and submit requests for lifting plans when required Ensure schedule updates in AIW are completed on a weekly basis Discuss POB requirements and emergency work with the site integrator and scheduler to ensure break in work is quickly executed Use digital twin software to navigate around the platform when planning work. Work closely with the Site Maintenance specialist who is located offshore and provides further plant info when needed (nameplate info, equipment photos, material checks and scope handover) Create and use excel planning trackers with SAP download lookup ability to track all aspects of a maintenance order’s lifecycle
