About Greg Newton
I’m a servant leader who believes great projects start with great people. Over the past thirty five years, I’ve built, managed, and developed high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation projects across the country—hands-on, from the ground up.Most of my career has been spent leading substation operations across five northwest states as a Regional Manager and Project Developer for two major electrical contractors. I’ve also guided EPC project development nationwide, helping clients bring complex interconnect and substation projects from concept to energization.I started in the tools as an IBEW groundman and worked my way through the field as a foreman, superintendent, project manager, and project developer before moving into my current role as Director of Project Operations. That experience shaped how I lead today—with a focus on people, teamwork, and trust.I’m passionate about building strong teams, supporting professional growth, and delivering safe, high-quality projects that meet client goals. At the end of the day, success in this business isn’t just about what we build—it’s about the people we build it with.
