Hello, I am Greg Nardolillo. I\'m originally from Morristown, New Jersey, and I am a senior entrepreneurship major at High Point University with a passion for business innovation, leadership, and problem-solving.I’ve built strong customer service and relationship-management skills as a caddy at Spring Brook Country Club since 2018, as well as at Somerset Hills, where I provide high-level service to club members and mentor new caddies. Additionally, working at Tee To Green has strengthened my ability to execute large-scale projects, collaborating with teams to install synthetic turf systems for residential and commercial properties.On campus, I’m involved in the Entrepreneurship Club and have volunteered with The World Relief Triad, where I developed a presentation to help newly arrived refugees navigate public transportation in the High Point area. During my junior year, I co-founded HPU Garbage Guys, a subscription-based trash pickup service for students living in on-campus townhouses. What started as a six-week trial quickly grew into a successful venture after receiving strong customer feedback. I developed pricing models, managed operations, and led marketing efforts, including parent outreach campaigns and social media promotion. Running this business gave me hands-on experience with customer acquisition, service delivery, and scaling operations, while reinforcing my belief in solving everyday problems with entrepreneurial solutions.I also gained experience in financial analysis and business strategy as an intern at 36th Street Capital, where I conducted market research, analyzed prospective companies, and collaborated with leadership to drive strategic growth.I take pride in being honest, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to delivering solutions efficiently.
