Partnering with Leadership Teams and HR Teams to drive the people agenda across Carlsberg\'s 9 markets in Western Europe - Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, UK, France, Germany, Poland and Switzerland. Focus of role is to represent the needs of Western Europe on the Global HR Team and then drive the priorities to the markets whilst supporting the market HR teams to deliver their priorities. Accountable for developing the talent pipeline, driving performance and building the HR community across Western Europe connecting teams and create short cuts to accelerate delivery.
