Managing teams of consultants and technical design aspects of large scale residential development projects - for Barratt David Wilson Homes (Kent division). Currently working as a technical coordinator. Projects of up to 500 units, consisting of 2-3 storey houses as well as multi-storey (low-rise) apartment blocks. Coordinating pre-construction information with on-site constraints and across all disciplines - ranging from infrastructure and utilities, through to architecture and structures.I have a keen eye for detail, thrive in problem solving situations and dedicated to getting the job done.Having come from an architectural background as a technical project lead, I have a demonstrated ability of running teams of architects / technicians; delivery of pre-construction package information; and management of live projects across a number of different sectors.
