I am open to REMOTE since I have done that for 20 years.Condensed resume for Greg MerriamSome of the key skills and knowledge front these positions that have been achieved:1.(In 1982)I started at IBM and was hired to handle several jobs while going through multiple classes in IBM and outside to meet my direction. One of which was to diagnose the Kiser Permanente phone system and pull all the call records for tracking, with a key point of isolation employees of Kiser that were making calls on Kiser lines and time, and how many times, to isolate company losses in phone services and labor.2. Also, I would go to new clients and build the data standard for the building of a monitoring system that would monitor the response time of clients that used IBM computing skills in house when the banks and corporations were located multiple states away. This was a requirement for the (SLA) Service Level agreement insurance, it would automatically (24/7) notify the management team responsible for keeping performance above a specific level. If the performance fell below a set regulation IBM would be required to pay the client $ per month for not meeting SLA Agreement.3. The overall plan was to use the excess computing power in the IBM Boulder plant, which was not being used due to slumping sales, to clients outside the IBM Boulder location, from coast to coast.5. Prior to that I worked with emergency technical situations where when there was the huge Chicago fire, it took out an extremely large IBM client (Insurance Company) there. This client was using IBM\'s remote resources to run the company. Their building burnt down to the ground on a Tuesday/Wednesday fire, along with many other large corporate buildings in downtown Chicago, which many went out of business due to the disaster- More- number 6-11.
