About Greg Merdich
I am currently an Associate at HBK CPAs & Consultants working in their Construction Solutions Group. I am an aspiring CPA and very passionate about the accounting industry and all it has to offer. As a former student-athlete engaged in Football at Ohio Northern University, I have developed numerous skills such as excellent time management, group collaboration, attention to detail, and adaptability. A major skill I learned competing at the collegiate level is overcoming adversity to succeed both on and off the field.With experience in the tax industry as an intern for volunteer income tax assistance (VITA), I have become proficient in Microsoft Office and in preparing and filing tax returns. I also became more effective using my communication skills when engaging with clients, as well as my ability to solve problems.I am open to all work in the accounting industry, willing to relocate, and eager to continue growing my knowledge to make a significant impact in all my future engagements.
