We are part of a larger charity purposed for supporting children who through natural or man-made disaster have been orphaned and left in dangerous conditions, potentially alone and remote.From our Crisis Response Team to Long Term Care Team we prioritise the welfare of children.Crisis TeamBoots on the ground as fast as possible to crisis hit areas with the priorities of:1. Locating disjointed children before other nefarious groups.2. Ensure immediate security, safety, shelter and living essentials.3. Make first assessment and contact with long term solutions based groups, if none exists the Long Term Care Team will seek funding and establish immediate and ongoing support.Long Term Care TeamOnce the immediate safety and stability of the basic essentials has been re-established, the long term team steps in and provides a range of solutions including:•Coordinating with Social Services (where countries have them)•Setting up learning projects•Supporting communities with setting up orphanagesBoth teams are engaged in ongoing fundraising to ensure the charity can continue to operate.
