This includes: Owning post production processing and toolingManaging our post-production contractors Editing multimedia content (video, graphics, podcasts) Manage 3P video channels and their respective growth strategies, publishing calendars, and channel maintenance. Develop workflows, processes and documentation used across teams to scale media output and improve the production valueDevelop guidance around filming, photography, video editing, and design best practices. Capture photo and video content at events and curate our proprietary media library used for creative deliverables including web design, event promo, social, and paid ads. I do set design and build out studio spaces in offices to enable folks to capture contentTo date, I have helped build multiple video editing packages for increased scalability, published over 300 videos, edited over 100 videos, captured video and photo content around the world, built out various studio spaces in different offices for filming content, and worked with design and social teams to create design templates and implement social strategy.
