As the Director of Finance Operations at Stuller, Inc, I lead a team of finance professionals who oversee the financial performance, reporting, and compliance of the company. Stuller is one of the largest jewelry manufacturers and distributors in the US, with a global presence and a diverse portfolio of products and services. I have more than eight years of experience in finance and accounting, working in different industries and sectors, such as consulting, telecommunications, healthcare and manufacturing. I have a strong background in corporate accounting, financial leadership, and financial controlling, with multiple certifications and awards in these areas. I also have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.My goal is to leverage my skills, knowledge, and experience to support Stuller\'s growth, innovation, and sustainability, while ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency. I value honesty, hard work, curiosity, and collaboration, and I strive to foster a culture of excellence and accountability among my team and across the organization.
